Bob Deutsch has practiced law in Western North Carolina since 1973, handling a wide variety of routine and complex legal matters. He has represented many purchasers, sellers, borrowers, and developers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In the last few years, the firm's corporate clients have completed several complicated equity deals, including an ESOP for a company with several thousand employees. Bob has successfully prosecuted several complex commercial, personal injury, and product liability lawsuits. 

Tikkun Gottschalk joined the firm as Associate Attorney in 2005.  Bob and Tikkun handle a wide variety of both routine and complex legal matters. They have represented many purchasers, sellers, borrowers, and developers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  We take pride in prompt, courteous service to our clients. Loretta Drake, our paralegal, has been with the firm for over 18 years, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate and probate matters. We have a good reputation with other attorneys, judges, bankers, and the business community throughout Western North Carolina.  We enjoy meeting new clients and helping them complete transactions or solve legal problems in the most efficient manner.
